Pregnancy & Postpartum Nutrition with Tori Prenatal Nutritionist and midwife Tori supports women from preconception through postpartum, drawing on her midwifery background and perinatal expertise. Her work focuses on simplifying wholefood nutrition, supporting blood sugar regulation in pregnancy, and reducing confusion and overwhelm around what to eat. Tori’s approach is education-led and woman-centred, with an emphasis on practical behaviour change, habit formation, and emotional support around food and body image during the perinatal period.
Clinical Nutrition with Aimee Clinical Nutritionist Aimee provides support to women across all life stages, including preconception, pregnancy and postpartum, with a particular focus on fourth trimester care (treating mothers and babies as one through the first year), functional testing, sports nutrition for athletic mothers and more.
