I am an award-winning Exercise Scientist (Exercise Scientist of the Year, 2019), University lecturer and meditation teacher, Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and mum of three.
With over a decade of experience supporting mothers, I am known for my evidence-based, compassionate approach to women’s health. My work weaves together therapeutic movement, mindfulness, meditation, aromatherapy massage, and Reiki to support the whole person - body, mind, and nervous system. My sessions are designed to help women feel calmer, stronger, and more connected to their bodies during the profound transition into motherhood.
I believe wellbeing doesn’t come from perfection - it comes from feeling supported, regulated, and human again.
